Maltesers/Loose Women Win £3,000 Prize Draw

1. Promotion open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. To enter, participants should visit www.maltesers.co.uk complete their personal details on the registration form and answer the following question: “What is the colour of a pack of Maltesers^®?”
   • Pink
   • Red
   • Purple
5. Entries to be received online between one minute past midnight on 8th October 2009 and midnight on 31 March 2010.
6. There is one prize of £3,000 to be won. The prize will be delivered in cheque form, made out to the name on the winning online entry form. Where the winner does not have a valid UK bank account, the cheque may be made out to the name of a person nominated by the winner.
7. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries answering the question correctly submitted by the closing date. The winner will be selected within 14 days of the closing date and will be notified within a further 14 days.
8. The selection of the winning entry will be supervised by an independent person. The result of the prize draw is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner’s details (name and county) will be available for six weeks only after the draw takes place by sending an SAE to Loose Women Competition, Maltesers Team, Mars UK, Dundee Road, Slough, Berks, SL1 4JX to be received after 31 March 2010.
10. Proof of submitting your entry is not proof of receipt of an entry by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that fail to be submitted for any technical reason whatsoever. Entries submitted by any other means (including by post) will be rejected.
11. By taking part in promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner may result in forfeiture of their prize.
12. The winner may be required to participate in related publicity.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
14. In the event that the Promoter is unable to make contact with the winner within 28 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.
15. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
