1. What is the promotion?
Maltesers are partnering with the film ‘MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE’, and are also running a major on-pack promotion to support the film.
The on-pack promotion offers consumers the chance to instantly win a ‘holiday for life’ in the form of a cheque for £37,500, which is intended to be used by the winner to fund a holiday worth £750 each year for 50 years. Winning claims and free entry applications for the on-pack instant win promotion must be received no later than 1st December 2008.
In addition to this, the on-pack promotion directs consumer to www.maltesers.co.uk to enter a separate free prize draw, for the chance to win one of a number of great prizes, including beach kits, signed posters, MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE soundtracks and MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE DVDs. There are 4 online prize draws in total running between 24th April and 1st December 2008.
There are 4 separate prize draws: Draw 1 runs from 24th April until midnight 9th July 2008; Draw 2 runs from 10th July until midnight 5th August 2008; Draw 3 runs from 6th August until midnight 2nd September 2008; Draw 4 runs from 3rd September until midnight on 1st December 2008. Only one entry per person per draw.
2. On what product is the on-pack instant win promotion running?
It is running on Maltesers Milk 37g bag, 4x37g bag multipack, 58.5g Kingsize bag, 175g pouch and 146g box, Maltesers White 165g pouch, Maltesers Milk Ice Cream 90ml single stick and Maltesers hot chocolate 300g jar. Promotional packs will feature a promotional flash on the packs.
3. Where can I find the promotional packs?
Promotional packs can be found in supermarkets and other outlets from June 2008 subject to availability.
4. When will I know if I have won?
You will know if you are one of the 2 winners of a ‘holiday for life’ instantly as the winning packs will feature the following text inside the pack: ‘Wow! Congratulations! You are the lucky winner of a holiday every year for life!’
A winning wrapper should then be sent to MALTESERS/MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE Claims, PO BOX 133 Uckfield TN22 1HH by 1st December 2008 for verification, accompanied by a plain piece of paper with your name, age and address details printed clearly. Given the value of the prize, we recommend that a winning wrapper is sent by recorded delivery or other secure postal route.
If you enter the instant win promotion via the free entry route, we will check a wrapper on your behalf and notify you if you have won.
Each of the online free prize draws will take place in the week following the closing date of the draw. Winners will be notified within 7 days of the closing date of each prize draw.

5. What happens if I send in a winning pack or free entry application for the on-pack instant win promotion after it has finished?
Unfortunately, if you send in a winning wrapper or free entry application after midnight on 1st December 2008, your entry will not be accepted.
6. What happens if I enter the online free prize draw, after the closing date?
There are four separate online free prize draws – if you submit an entry between 24th April and 1st December 2008 you will be entered into the prize draw which is running at that time. Unfortunately, if you enter the online free prize draw after the fourth prize draw closes at midnight on 1st December 2008, your entry will not be accepted.
7. Who can enter the promotions?

8. Do I need to purchase a promotional pack to enter the promotions?
No. Regarding the instant win on-pack element of the promotion (ie ‘Win a holiday For Life’), for the same chance of winning, send your name, age and address on a plain piece of paper to MALTESERS/MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE Free Entry, PO BOX 133 Uckfield TN22 1HH by 1st December 2008. Only one free entry application per envelope. We will check a wrapper on your behalf and notify you if you have won. We will then contact you and organise your prize if you have won.

No. Both elements of this promotion are only open to consumers living in the UK.
12. How will I receive my prize?
Regarding the instant win prize of ‘a Holiday for Life’ you will receive your prize in the form of a cheque for £37,500. There are two prizes to be won, each of a cheque for £37,500 (thirty seven thousand, five hundred pounds). Each prize is intended to be used by the winner to fund a holiday worth £750 each year for 50 years. The prize cheque will be made payable to the named individual submitting the winning wrapper.
The winner will receive their prize cheque within 28 days of verification of their claim by the Promoter, plus will be given the option to discuss holiday destinations.
Regarding the online free prize draws to win beach-kits, signed posters, MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE soundtracks and MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE DVDs, winners will receive their prizes within 28 days of being notified, which will happen within 7 days of the closing date for each prize draw.
