ON-PACK INSTANT WIN "HOLIDAY A YEAR FOR LIFE" PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promotion open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over only, excluding employees of Mars, their families, agents, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Promotion being run on promotional packs of Maltesers (all varieties).
3. There are two prizes to be won, each of a cheque for £37,500 (thirty seven thousand, five hundred pounds). Each prize is intended to be used by the winner to fund a holiday worth £750 each year for 50 years. The prize cheque will be made payable to the named individual submitting the winning wrapper. The prize cannot be paid to a winner in any other form. The winner acknowledges that the prize is received in one lump sum and no further payments will be made, once the winner has spent the money.
4. A winning wrapper will feature a ‘Wow! Congratulations! You are the lucky winner of a holiday every year for life!’ message printed on the inside. A winning wrapper should be sent to MALTESERS/MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE Claims, PO BOX 133 Uckfield TN22 1HH for verification, accompanied by a plain piece of paper with the winner’s name, age and address details printed clearly. Only the original, complete wrapper will be accepted. A copy or portion of the winning wrapper will be rejected.
5. No purchase necessary. For the same chance of winning, send your name, age and address on a plain piece of paper to MALTESERS/MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE Free Entry, PO BOX 133 Uckfield TN22 1HH. Only one free entry application per envelope. We will check a wrapper on your behalf and notify you if you have won.
6. Winning claims and free entry applications to be received no later than 1 December 2008.
7. Each prize is as stated and is non-transferable.
8. The winner will receive their prize cheque within 28 days of verification of their claim by the Promoter, plus will be given the option to discuss holiday destinations.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes or any part of them become unavailable for any reason.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any circumstance outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, with no liability to any entrant or third party.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any winning claim or free entry application which is lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The two prize winners are recommended to send their claims by registered (or other secure) post.
12. The winners may be required to participate in future publicity including, but not limited to, features in trade and consumer press.
13. The winners’ details (name and county only) will be available for 28 days by sending an SAE to: MALTESERS/MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE Winner Details, PO BOX 133 Uckfield TN22 1HH, to be received after 29th December 2008.
14. Any tax liabilities incurred through participation in the promotion and accepting a prize cheque are the responsibility of the prize winner.
15. By participating in the promotion entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a winner will result in the forfeit of their prize.
16. This promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
